Shipping

USA:  We currently offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.  We strive to ship all packages via USPS.  We also offer express shipping options at checkout.

International:  We offer international shipping via DHL.  Rates will be displayed at checkout, depending on destination/country.  If you have specific requests or questions regarding int'l shipping, please feel free to reach out via our contact form. Please note that all import duties/taxes incurred are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Delivered Packages:  We are unable to refund or replace missing packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure, as we are not responsible for stolen or un-retrieved packages.

Undeliverable Packages:  Items returned/marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will incur a $10 re-shipment fee in order to be re-processed.

Order Processing:  We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Our current order processing window is 2 to 4 business days, unless otherwise noted.
